Returns: We have had to revise our return policy. Unfortunately we simply cannot process returns or exchanges unless the garment is defective. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not ask. We have posted the manufacturers size charts to assist you in getting the right fit. Expect that some shrinking will occur when washed and tumble-dried. A rule of thumb for American Apparel is if you like your shirts roomy, get one size larger than you would wear in a conventional brand (Hanes, Gildan, Jerzees, Fruit of the Loom) T-shirt.

Mail Order: If you do not have a credit/check card or are not comfortable using it on the web we are happy to fill mail orders. Just write down the title of the items you want and send a check, money order, or well concealed cash along with your address to: Decemberist Shop, Po Box 12713, Portland, Or. 97212 Please add 15% of your total or $5 (whichever is less) for shipping costs in North America. Please pay "world prices" + 15% or $7 (whichever is less) for overseas.

Shipping Methods: Rest assured that your order is recieved and usually shipped within 3-5 business days (MTWTF) via USPS. (Please bear in mind The Decemberists Shop is not Amazon.com. It is manged by two people who do their best to make you happy.) Most items are shipped 1st class. Large Orders are usually sent Priority Mail. Overseas orders are always sent Air Mail or Global Priority. Shipping Times may vary from 3 days up to 3 weeks (in rare circumstances.) If you haven't recieved your order within three weeks let us know!

Why am I being charged twice for international shipping? Relax, you're not. The price of the items destined for international delivery have been increased with a "World Shipping Supplement" to reflect the actual costs of international postage (Pay Pal ascribes the same shipping fees to every order. All of this is factored into the price for our customers overseas.)

$0-$7.99 = 34% shipping fee

$8-$19.99 = 16% shipping fee

$20-$49.99 = 12% shpping fee

$50-$99.99 + 10% shipping fee

$100+ = 8% shipping fee
